Goal Setter - By Trent

My team goal is just really to try my best and have fun. This is my goal because since this is something new that I am trying, I am going to make the best simply because I never know if another opportunity like this will come around again. Another goal that I have is to win in at least one category. This is another goal of mine because even though I want to have fun my competetive is just waiting to win something.

    Where are your SMART goals? That was the point of the lesson. Goals like "My team goal is just really to try my best and have fun" are too vague. How do you know if you met that goal? If you need help writing SMART goals, look at my posting on my blog. Feel free to use the same sentence starters. Push yourself to be more specific.
